Treatments related to the services on this website are handled at the above mentioned headquarter and managed by the Company technical staff in charge of processing. Data processing occurs by data storage in electronic archives at the Company whose access is limited to the maintenance procedures, in accordance with Annex B. No data collected via web is communicated or transferred to third parties. Personal data of users forwarding requests are processed only for the purpose of providing the service or the information and are not transferred to third parties unless the notice is required by law or is strictly necessary to fulfil requests.

Informatics systems and software procedures proposed for the operation of this website acquire some personal data as part of their standard functioning whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. It regards information which is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which may enable – for its features – the identification of users through the processing and association with data held by third parties. This data is used only in order to draw some anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its regular functions and they are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to establish responsibility in the event of hypothetical breaches of IT law resulting in damage to the website.
